Directions: Shake before use. Spray onto legs, arms or torso. Stay away from sensitive areas. Start with 2 sprays per day. You can work up to 16 sprays per day if needed. May cause stinging sensation at first if magnesium deficient, this is normal. It may leave a salt like residue. You can wash off after 20 minutes if you desire.
