Directions
Shake before use. Spray onto legs, arms or torso. For kids, spray onto bottoms of feet. Stay away from sensitive areas & eyes. Start with 2 sprays per day. You can work up to 16 sprays per day. May cause stinging sensation at first if magnesium deficient, this is normal. It may leave a salt-like residue. You can wash off after 20 minutes if you desire. Safe for children as well, spray one spray onto bottoms of feet.
